Narrative
Elphaba, a misunderstood young woman because of her green skin, and Glinda, a popular girl, become friends at Shiz University in Oz. After encountering the Wonderful Wizard of Oz, their friendship comes to a crossroads. The Wicked Witch’s name Elphaba was created using the phonetic pronunciation of the word. the original "Wizard of Oz" author L. Frank Baum’s initials, L-F-B, which became Elphaba. Glinda: Don’t be afraid. Elphaba: I’m not afraid. Wizard should be afraid of me. The Universal Pictures logo features a pink globe (representing Glinda) and the company name in green (ie Elphaba). The background of the galactic nebula is grayish black. Only seen in one of the trailers. Featured in AniMat's Crazy Cartoon Cast: Chip n' Dale: A New Legacy (2022).
